Sirens is the newest full length album from this Chilean-American music producer. Jaar began making electronic music as a teenager and hasn’t looked back since. More info.

Justin Vernon formed this indie rock band in 2007. He’s got three albums to date including his most recent: 22, A Million. More info.

Preoccupations – Irenic
Post-punk band Preoccupations is formerly known as Viet Cong. They announced the name change earlier this year after facing criticism for using a controversial band name. With a new name and album, it’s fair to say the band is making a fresh start. More info.

Damien Jurado – Irenic
Seattle’s Damien Jurado is a indie rock singer-songwriter. He started his musical career in the 90s and has released 15 albums since then. His newest is called Visions of Us on the Land. More info.

FIDLAR, SWMRS, The Frights – Observatory North Park
This show is perfect for anyone that loves a lo-fi, pop-punk sound. Los Angeles’s FIDLAR will play alongside SWMRS from Oakland and San Diego’s The Frights. Fun fact: Drummer Joey Armstrong of SWMRS is the son of Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day. More info.

Anthony Gonzalez is the mastermind behind M83. “Midnight City” got him global appreciation but this musician has been putting out albums for years. This year, he’s on the road touring and put out a new album called Junk. More info.

Zed’s Dead – Observatory North Park
This Canadian electronic music duo started making music in the late 90s. The got their name from Pulp Fiction. After Bruce Willis’s character shows up with a motorcycle to pick up his girlfriend, he tells her it belonged to Zed. “Who’s Zed?” she asks. Willis replies: “Zed’s dead, baby. Zed’s dead.” More info.
