Fuerza Regida at Petco Park

On June 18, Fuerza Regida made history at Petco Park as they launched the opening night of their This Is Our Dream Stadium Tour, marking the beginning of the band’s first-ever U.S. stadium tour. It was more than just another concert, it was a milestone for both the band and regional Mexican music, and San Diego was the first city to experience it.

rom the moment the lights went down, the energy inside Petco Park was electric. With no opening acts, the entire evening belonged to Fuerza Regida, allowing them to deliver an expansive performance that lasted nearly three hours and featured more than 40 songs spanning every era of their career. The packed stadium stayed on its feet from beginning to end, singing along to every chorus and celebrating each moment as if it were the night’s finale. The production itself was on a stadium scale in every sense. Massive LED screens, synchronized lighting, bursts of pyrotechnics, smoke effects, and stunning visual sequences transformed Petco Park into an immersive experience that perfectly complemented the band’s music. Every song felt carefully crafted for a venue of this size, with the visuals elevating the performance while never taking attention away from the music.

Fuerza Regida commanded the stage with an extensive setlist that seamlessly blended longtime fan favorites with newer hits, giving fans a chance to experience every era of the band’s career. From classics like Radicamos en South Central,” “Ch y la Pizza,” and Bebe Dame to newer favorites including TÚ NAME,” andSABOR FRESA,”the nearly three hour performance never lost momentum. Whether delivering high-energy corridos or slowing things down for more emotional moments, the connection between the band and the crowd never wavered as thousands of fans sang along to every word. As the opening night of the This Is Our Dream Stadium Tour, the unforgettable show at Petco Park set the tone for upcoming performances at iconic venues including Oracle Park, T-Mobile Park, Dodger Stadium, and Citi Field.
