2silmey Brings The Underground Rage Scene To SOMA’s Side Stage!

On July 9th, 2026, the king of Mexico, AKA 2slimey, brought his first-ever headlining tour to SOMA’s side stage for a completely sold-out show! San Diego was his first stop for his No Bass No Fun tour, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. 2slimey is rising in the underground rap scene with a high-energy, loud, and chaotic sound that has built him a loyal fanbase that has crowds going crazy for him!

2slimey had brought out two DJ’s for his San Diego stop; he had brought along with him platinum producer Noah Mejia and his own personal DJ, DJ Melendez. Noah Mejia is a well-known name in the underground scene, mainly being recognized for producing songs for artists like Ken Carson, Lil Tecca, and Osamason. Noah Mejia kicked the show off strong by playing tracks from other rising artists in the underground scene like Che, Nine Vicious, and Osamason. The crowd went crazy with energy and immediately started opening mosh pits. After Noah left the stage, Melendez then came on stage to hype up the crowd and encouraged them to get louder. Melendez then gave the crowd a mix of mainstream and underground favorites like Playboi Carti, Yeat, and Nettspend. By the time he left, the crowd was more than ready for 2slimey.

As soon as 2slimey hit the stage, the crowd exploded with energy. He opened his set with his new single “Why You Wanna Hate On Meh” and even had a guitarist on stage with him to help him perform! The guitarist helped add more bass to the loud performance that sounded wild. 2slimey played all his hit tracks that the crowd loved, like “times changin,” “2slimey Cypher Verse,” and “Vet”. 2slimey had the crowd jumping, moshing, and yelling out lyrics.
