Ashes to Amber Has an ‘Out of This World’ Performance with Dolphins on Acid and Nature TV

Ashes to Amber lit up San Diego on March 28th with their performance at SOMA Sidestage. Being one of the first shows of the Hollywood Planet Tour, the indie-pop project had the room filled with anticipation for what this tour was planning out to be. The acts of the night left the crowd with a rush that would carry on until the end of that Saturday night. With openers Dolphins on Acid and Nature TV, this show ended up being a lively and energetic experience that wouldn’t be forgotten.

To kick off the night, Dolphins on Acid took the stage and instantly brought the energy to the crowd. The barricade started to be filled with enthusiastic supporters, keeping it packed the rest of the show. Their set filled the room with this high-energy surf rock inspired atmosphere their music represents. Ending the show with the scene set for the crowd for what to expect for the rest of the night.

As the special guest of the tour, Nature TV was the next artist up and they didn’t disappoint. The band brought a new wave of excitement to the fans, with the crowd pushing forward to be right where the action is. This part of the show added a more melancholic energy to the atmosphere, leaving the crowd entranced the entire performance. The room was filled with dancing and singing until the end, leaving everyone exhilarated for the final show to begin.

As anticipation grew, Ashes to Amber finally hit the stage and the crowd couldn’t have been more amped up. The pit was alive with movement and the sounds of cheering filled the venue. Their performance to some of their biggest hits, including “IRIS” and “Sun Punks,” had the crowd dancing the night away. Even nearing the end, the band continued to keep the audience energized and the energy refused to die down. The group really brought the psychedelic rock groove to their set, with a mix of upbeat and laid back tunes that had everyone wanting more. With shows continuing to run until May across the country, it’s a concert for the books and definitely worth seeing.
