Diarrhea Planet, Music Band – Soda Bar
Despite having a gross name, Diarrhea Planet plays awesome heavy metal influenced garage rock. The most recent release from this Nashville based group is the Aliens in the Outfield EP. If you go to this show, expect to get whiplash from all the head banging you’ll be doing. More info.

CHVRCHES, Alvvays – The Observatory North Park
You’ll need to scour Craigslist for tickets because this is SOLD OUT! CHVRCHES is known for their catchy, clean electro-pop sound. This Scottish band has two full lengths under their belt: The Bones of What You Believe and Every Open Eye. More info.

Beach House – The Observatory North Park
This dream pop band pleasantly surprised fans last year with not one, but TWO new albums: Count Your Lucky Stars and Depression Cherry. Victoria Legrand’s unearthly voice and atmospheric keyboards paired with Alex Scally’s shimmery slide guitar make their concerts a transcendent experience. Frankie Cosmos is the stage name of Greta Simone Kline, a singer-songwriter from New York City. Frankie plays sweet indie rock full of humor and grace on her newest album Next Thing. Her occasional collaborator/band mate/boyfriend is Aaron Maine of Porches. More info.
