Renowned, virtuoso Kaki King makes a rare visit to the Museum of Making Music in Carlsbad, Ca on Saturday, October 21st for a performance of her groundbreaking multi-media trip The Neck is a Bridge to the Body.
For those of you music aficionados unfamiliar with Kaki, she is the Queen or rather “King” of guitar players, whose technique combines fret-tapping with slap bass techniques. She was the sole woman and youngest artist named to Rolling Stone’s “The New Guitar Gods” list back in 2006.
