I DONT KNOW HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME brings energetic show to the House of Blues with Tommy Ragen

On the night of April 30th, the House of Blues in San Diego was a hotbed of energy as it hosted I DONT KNOW HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME (iDKHOW). With the venue essentially sold out, the atmosphere was one of electric anticipation; from the front rows to the very back of the room, fans waited impatiently for a project that has successfully redefined the modern alternative sound. The vibe remained one of constant euphoria, with a devoted audience ready to be guided by the visual and sonic performance that Dallon Weekes has perfected over the years.

Opening the night was Tommy Ragen, who delivered an incredibly fun and high-energy performance. Despite his young age, Tommy showed a level of talent and stage presence that immediately captured the audience’s attention, marking him as an artist to watch closely in the near future. He had a guest sing with him and his band constantly hyping up the crowd. His set provided the ideal momentum for the night, leaving the crowd’s spirits high and setting the stage for what would be a masterful display of live music.

When iDKHOW finally took the stage, Dallon Weekes proved why he is one of the most charismatic frontmen in the scene, commanding the audience with the precision of an orchestra director. Music-wise, the concert was phenomenal, perfectly blending indie rock with indie pop sensibilities. One of the most memorable highlights of the night occurred when Dallon went directly into the crowd with a megaphone, singing side-by-side with fans in the middle of the pit and breaking down any barrier between the band and the crowd. The setlist was a flawless journey through their discography, featuring hits such as Leave Me Alone, SPKOTHDVL, ChokeSocial Climb and Razzmatazz, keeping the front row in a state of total ecstasy for the entire show.

Following this successful run up the West Coast, the tour is now nearing its conclusion with the final two dates set for Idaho and Washington opening for Boys Like Girls. Don’t forget to follow the band on social media to keep up with their next moves. From ListenSD, we wish them a spectacular tour finale and hope to have them back in San Diego very soon
