Inspector celebra el Ska Mexicano en el House of Blues con Atomic Sexies y South Central Skankers

El House of Blues lució completamente lleno para una noche que prometía mucho más que música. Desde temprano, el ambiente dejó claro que sería una velada intensa de ska, baile y protesta. El público llegó con la expectativa de vivir un gran concierto, pero también con una postura compartida de denuncia y conciencia social. Con bandas integradas por miembros de ascendencia mexicana, el mensaje fue claro a lo largo de la noche: un llamado a la paz y a rechazar la presencia de I.C.E en las comunidades, todo acompañado por música que unió a la gente en un mismo sentir.

Atomic Sexies fueron los encargados de abrir la noche y cumplieron su papel con solidez. Su set fue dinámico y divertido, logrando que el público comenzara a moverse desde los primeros minutos. La banda conectó rápidamente con la audiencia, que respondió con baile y entusiasmo, marcando un arranque ideal para lo que sería una noche larga y cargada de energía.

Después llegó South Central Skankers, una banda originaria de Los Ángeles que subió la intensidad del show de manera notable. Su presentación fue potente y contagiosa, llevando al público a un nivel más alto de emoción y dejándolo completamente listo para el acto principal. El ska llenó la sala y la conexión con la audiencia fue inmediata, con un público entregado que no dejó de bailar y corear.

Inspector tomó el escenario y transformó el concierto en una verdadera celebración colectiva. Cada canción fue cantada a todo pulmón, acompañada de brincos, coros y un ambiente que reflejaba la presencia de fans fieles que conocían cada letra. El setlist estuvo compuesto por sus temas más populares, con momentos destacados como Me Estoy Enamorando, Amargo Adiós, Amnesia y una versión ska del clásico mexicano Bésame Mucho, que se convirtió en uno de los puntos más memorables de la noche.

Esta gira fue exclusiva para Riverside, San Diego y Los Ángeles, y dejó claro que la respuesta del público en San Diego fue más que positiva. Esperamos que Inspector regrese pronto a la ciudad y vuelva a traer una noche con esta misma energía, mensaje y unión que mostraron en este show. Sin duda, fue un concierto que reafirma por qué el ska sigue siendo un espacio de fiesta, resistencia y comunidad, y una invitación abierta a seguir escuchando y apoyando a estas bandas.

The House of Blues was completely packed for a night that promised much more than music. From early on, the atmosphere made it clear this would be an intense evening of ska, dancing and shared purpose. The audience arrived expecting a great concert, but also united by a collective stance of awareness and protest. With bands made up of members of Mexican descent, the message throughout the night was clear: a call for peace and for I.C.E to stay out of their communities, all carried by music that brought everyone together.

Atomic Sexies opened the night and delivered a strong and engaging set. Their performance was lively and fun, getting the crowd moving from the very first minutes. The band connected quickly with the audience, who responded with dancing and enthusiasm, setting the perfect tone for what would become a long and high-energy night.

Next came The South Central Skankers, a Los Angeles-based band that raised the intensity of the show even further. Their set was powerful and infectious, pushing the crowd to a new level of excitement and leaving everyone fully ready for the main act. The ska rhythms filled the room, and the connection with the audience was immediate, with nonstop dancing and chanting throughout their performance.

Inspector took the stage and turned the concert into a true collective celebration.
