Ari Abdul “HUSH”es crowd at SOMA Sidestage along with Ella Boh

This last Thursday the 20th, Ari Abdul put on a phenomenal performance at SOMA Sidestage along with Ella Boh. The New York born alt pop artist made her debut back in 2022 with her release of “BABYDOLL” which exploded all over TikTok and became gold certified. Ari has now since taken the stage in festivals like Lollapalooza and has headlined several tours for her loyal fans.

As the crowd was pouring in, audiences were hyped, even just the sight of sound assistants and Ari’s guitarist, Constance, made the squeals of fans rise. When Ella Boh came on stage she caused a shock with all the many fans recording and singing along to the songs. With the intimate setting of SOMA’s Sidestage, Ella came right up to fans holding their hands while making eye contact and singing. The concert phenomenal performance, which felt like a one on one spectacle for diehard fans.

When Ari Abdul came on stage it felt like I was sucked into the song. The sounds of her diehard fans screaming pushed it to the next level. She played a crazy long set of 18 songs, ranging from fan favorites like “BABYDOLL”, “Taste”, and my personal favorite “HUSH”. The phenomenal stage presence didn’t just come from Ari, but also her guitarist Constance, who WOWED everyone with her insane posing and interactions with Ari and fans while on stage.
