It’s the Of Ennui EP release party! Shows at Shaper Studios are awesome–despite it not being a proper venue (it’s a surf shop by day) the sound is excellent and video is usually taken of the local shows they throw. More info.

Crystal Castles – Observatory North Park
This experimental electronic band from Toronto is known for their explosive, chaotic shows. Their most recent album Amnesty (I) just dropped last month but unfortunately does not include singer Alice Glass. She departed the band in 2015 citing disagreements with her band mate Ethan Kath. More info.

KAABOO Music Festival – Del Mar Racetracks
San Diego has been begging for its own music festival ever since Street Scene sadly ended. KAABOO held at the Del Mar racetrack hopes to fill that void with chart topping acts on their lineup. More info.
