The Irenic played a sold out show for relatively new artists BROODS and Mikky Ekko. On their first headline Evergreen tour, with opening act Mikky Ekko, they brought energy and freshness to the young and devoted crowd.

Mikky Ekko, who is well known for his duet and song “Stay” with Rihanna, has embarked on his own solo career and opened for BROODS, pumping up the crowd and playing with smiles and charm. His single, “Smile” definitely brought a lot of smiles to the young women in the crowd as well as parents.

BROODS came on stage to an almost haunting ambiance and the young youths ate it up, the most dedicated fans crawling up to the front to soak in the ethereal vocals of Georgia Nott, the lead singer of BROODS. Fan favorites such as “Bridges”, “Four Walls” and “Mother & Father” were the definite highlights of the night.
